DMGT (Daily Mail General Trust) own FindaProperty and Primelocation. They operate two property portals under the one CEO and continue to charge estate agents two subscriptions.
Primelocation, which has fallen considerably this year to 6th position based on UVs as reported by comScore, is still one the most expensive portals! And FindaProperty isn't cheap either. So together they are making one agent pay a lot more than rightmove.
So it's about time DMGT owned up to estate agents and consolidated.
It's good that PropertyFinder came straight out and told everyone that they plan to operate both sites and will soon charge the agent one subscription rate to appear on both .
